We want you to love the soaps you purchase from us. Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there are any quality issues with your order, such as manufacturing defects, we are happy to resolve them for you.

Cancellations
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
We are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it.
Damaged/Quality Issues
If you encounter a quality issue with your soap, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. To process your request efficiently, please include clear photographs of the product showing the issue, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the label and issue clearly shown.

Refunds Policies
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
Because of the hygiene nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a clear quality issue with the soap. If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement in accordance with our Damaged/Quality Issues policy.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.
Locked Messages Refund Policy
Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact us at contact@support.rootandritualshop.com. We’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution for you.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
International Orders
We do not ship internationally at this time.
