At Root & Ritual, we take great care in crafting high-quality handmade body care products. Due to the personal-use nature of our products and for the health and safety of our customers, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We are unable to resell products that have left our possession, even if they are unused or unopened.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.
