Root & Ritual is a handcrafted body care business operating in Washington State, United States.

We create handcrafted soaps and body care products in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Colors, designs, weights, and appearances may vary slightly from product to product.
  • Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible but may differ due to monitor settings, lighting, or natural variation.
  • We reserve the right to modify product formulations, packaging, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing and using products. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and collected where required by law.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued for the canceled portion of the order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Root & Ritual is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the personal-use nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and, at our discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
